Job Title: Outbound Team Leader

We are seeking a results-driven leader to oversee our Orders Pick and Pack Team, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations. As the Outbound Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering optimal customer outcomes by effectively managing team members, streamlining processes, and driving performance improvements.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Lead the Orders Pick and Pack Team to 100% completion at all carrier cut-off times daily">
  • Collaborate with the Outbound Manager to optimize pick distribution and continuously improve processes">
  • Measure and balance team output requirements, delivering team efficiencies between pick and pack functions">
  • Support performance improvement and development of the Outbound Team through feedback and training">
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external customers">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • 3+ years of experience leading and providing performance feedback to teams of over 50">
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills">
  • Experience in eComm, Warehouse & Distribution, or retail fashion">
  • Proficiency in WMS Systems, preferably PeopleVox, Shopify, Ento">
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills, high attention to detail">
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize, making decisions with clear communication">
  • Intermediate or Advanced Skill level in Google Suite/MSOffice">
