Job Title: Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead our Inbound and Outbound teams within a department, ensuring seamless and efficient distribution processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to analyze logistics processes to optimize productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and organize Inbound or Outbound teams within a department and monitor productivity.
  • Support Inbound/Outbound in maximizing operational excellence, quality, and efficiency/productivity by proactive analysis of logistics processes and management of workflows.
  • Lead the team successfully through conducting all Department relevant Standard Operating Procedures and Ways of Working to secure customer expectations.
  • Secure efficiency and smooth operations in cost-efficient way according to H&M operational & sustainability standards.
  • Responsible to conduct inventory counts.
  • Understand core features of systems in WH (i.e. E2E product flow & impact), being able to run day-to-day operations.
  • Identify risks and issues within department team and support resolving; closely align with Controlling and Import/ Export, where relevant.
  • Responsible for all reporting to secure daily operations.

  • Knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain management.
  • Experience in inventory management and control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
