We are looking for a Committed, Fun, Optimistic, Innovative, Passionate, Go-getter to join our Distribution Centre Team at Highland Park. As the
**Outbound Team Leader**, you will lead the Orders Pick and Pack Team to 100% completion at all carrier cut-off times daily; and you will work with the Outbound Manager to streamline pick distribution & continuously improve and evolve processes.

**SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE**:

- Effective Team management across the Outbound operations to deliver optimal customer outcome
- Measure and balance Team output requirements delivering Team efficiencies between Pick and Pack functions.
- Support performance improvement and development of the Outbound Team through feedback and training
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external customers, namely our Carrier Service drivers and customer service representatives.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3 years minimum experience leading and providing performance feedback to Teams of >50 in size
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Experience in eComm, Warehouse & Distribution, or retail fashion
- Experience with WMS Systems, preferably PeopleVox, Shopify, Ento
- Excellent multi-tasking skills; high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise, making decisions with clear communication
- Intermediate or Advanced Skill level in Google Suite/MSOffice
