Job Title:

Professional Contract Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project teams to manage contracts effectively.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project management strategies, including timelines and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Build strong relationships through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Monitor and control project expenditure while adhering to cost management principles.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in contract administration with a background in construction.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including scheduling and budgeting.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills, enabling team motivation and collaboration.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with project management software.
