Project Oversight Specialist

A highly skilled and experienced Project Oversight Specialist is required to lead multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion.

The Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to join the leadership team of a reputable construction company. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully delivering multiple projects, excellent leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with construction management software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee multiple projects ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and manage construction programmes using construction management software.
  • Control budgets, monitor costs, and manage variations.
  • Implement and maintain high Health & Safety standards on all projects.
  • Ensure robust quality assurance processes are in place.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams and junior staff.
  • Provide accurate project progress reports to senior management.
  • Support pre-construction and tender activities when required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager or in a similar senior project leadership role within construction.
  • Strong track record of successfully delivering multiple projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software.
  • In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practice.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and risk.
  • Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
