About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and execute comprehensive construction programmes using industry-standard software.
  • Manage budgets, monitor costs, and implement effective cost control measures.
  • Maintain high Health & Safety standards across all projects.
  • Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure exceptional outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project delivery teams and junior staff.
  • Provide regular project progress updates to senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar senior project leadership role within construction.
  • A strong track record of delivering multiple projects successfully.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard programming software.
  • In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practices.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and risks.
  • Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
