Senior Construction Project Coordinator

As a Senior Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex construction projects from pre-contract discussions to final delivery. Your role will involve managing budgets, costs, and timelines while ensuring the project is delivered safely and in line with contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
