
Construction Project Manager

Are you a skilled and experienced construction professional looking for a challenging role that will utilize your project management skills?
The successful candidate will have the ability to control the progression of construction works, produce accurate programmes and reports, and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, supply-chain partners, and delivery teams.
- Manage site activities, develop health and safety plans, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and delays.
Requirements:
- Strong project management skills, with experience in leading construction teams and delivering complex projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of construction software, including ASTA, and experience in preparing and delivering accurate reports.
- Good understanding of health and safety laws and practices, with the ability to develop and implement effective health and safety plans.
