Account Management Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a global company and build a strong business foundation.

You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of customer accounts, maintaining customer relationships, demonstrating our latest tools on-site, and providing high-level customer consultation.

The role involves building relationships with customers daily to identify business opportunities and creating value through long-term, profitable relationships. You will also be responsible for time and territory management, creating a daily schedule that includes visits to job sites and client offices to optimize sales potential by zone territory.

In addition, you will be expected to track your progress utilizing Salesforce to record interactions and sales activities, as reporting is a key part of the role.

Key requirements for this role include a tertiary qualification, previous experience in customer-facing roles, eagerness to learn, motivated, and capable of working independently.

Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills are also essential, as well as a valid full Australian driver's license, as a company car will be provided.

Job Description
  • Building relationships – meeting with customers daily to identify business opportunities and creating value through long-term, profitable relationships.
  • Time and Territory Management (TTM) – creating a daily schedule that includes visits to job sites and client offices to optimize sales potential by zone territory.
  • Be a Hilti Champion – carrying technical knowledge to present high-level customer consultations and representing the Hilti brand in the marketplace.
  • Tracking your progress – utilizing Salesforce to record interactions and sales activities, as reporting is a key part of the role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification (highly desirable).
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Eagerness to learn, motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Valid full Australian driver's license.
