Business Development Manager

This is a unique opportunity to lead account expansion and growth in major customer accounts by leveraging extensive solutions, capabilities, and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategy and business direction for all offerings in your territory.
  • Develop and manage account plans to achieve deeper penetration and broadening of solutions in accounts.
  • Leverage solutions and partner technologies to meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong CxO-level relationships.
  • Collaborate and coordinate teams to ensure seamless engagements with customers deliver on customer outcomes.
  • Lead tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations.

About the Role:

  • Extensive proven sales experience in medium-to-large organisations or complex technology sales environments.
  • Excel at managing complex, high-value deals and building strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Possess highly developed skills in motivating, influencing, and engaging stakeholders at all levels to achieve outcomes.
  • Experience includes developing and executing strategic account plans that drive revenue growth and maximise business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret financial reports confidently.
  • Professional, results-driven, and dedicated to continuous improvement and ethical business practices.
