Health and Wellbeing Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Health and Wellbeing Specialist to fill this role.
About the Position- You will coordinate injury management and return-to-work processes, including communication with stakeholders and implementing prevention programs.
- Manage incident reporting and investigation, documenting incidents and developing recovery plans.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to identify workplace adjustments and modifications to support returning workers.
- Evaluate compliance in reporting and actions for workplace injuries according to governing bodies and insurers.
- Develop and implement prevention programs to minimize workplace risks and promote a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of incident reports and related documentation.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of injury management and return-to-work initiatives.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy or Social Work are required.
- Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams are essential.
- A valid driver's license and vehicle are necessary.
