Health and Wellbeing Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing employee health and wellbeing. We are seeking an experienced professional to contribute towards the continuous improvement of a sustainable, positive health and wellbeing experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop internal procedures, processes, and education collateral to build capability and literacy regarding Health & Wellbeing.
- Provide injury, illness, and health management services, acting as the primary liaison for claims management and compliance.
- Promote and coordinate Occupational Health activities, such as audiometry, vaccinations, and proactive assessments.
- Support delivery of HSEQ initiatives or projects, including risk assessment activities, and maintain ISO45001 certification.
- Lead design and implementation of proactive H&W projects and programs, including content/resource development, facilitation, and evaluation.
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or an Allied Health discipline is essential.
- Experience supporting injury management, return-to-work, and workers' compensation as an Occupational Rehabilitation & allied health practitioner is required.
- Proven knowledge of Victorian Workers' Compensation legislation is necessary to ensure obligations are met and exceeded.
- Dynamic workplace experience balancing operational demands with health and wellbeing outcomes is expected.
