Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with our leaders and contribute to the success of our organisation as an Associate Business Partner.

  • Support a small business unit with end-to-end HR initiatives, working closely with Senior Leaders and Line leaders to develop and implement Human Resources solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide recommendations and solutions covering various aspects of Human Resources, employee development, communications, compensation, benefits, HRIS management, D&I, psychosocial/psychological safety, employee relations, organisational planning, organisational change management and other services.
  • Offer interpretation and counsel to leaders regarding policies, programs and practices.
  • Research issues and develop solutions to resolve business challenges, taking into account organisational requirements.
  • Support the creation and implementation of new policies, practices and programs to meet organisational and business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, 2-3+ years of experience in junior HR Business Partnering or Advisory role, solid consulting, negotiation and facilitation skills, good knowledge of Human Resource organisational policies and practices, tried and tested knowledge of Generalist Human Resources best practice, relationship management and influencing skills, and understanding of the Australian employment law landscape.
