Job Opportunity

Our organisation is seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Hardship & Recovery Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our arrears portfolio, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of collections experience, preferably in a mortgage collections role, with a strong understanding of legal processes and notices. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly arrears target figures
  • Manage day to day arrears and default accounts
  • Identifying issues affecting borrowers and submission of appropriate recommendation to achieve resolution within set parameters
  • High level of customer service towards all borrowers, clients, and service providers
  • Assisting the wider team with general day to day responsibilities
