Telephone Debt Collection Specialist

You play a vital role in resolving customer accounts within a supportive team-driven environment.

About This Role

This Telephone Debt Collector position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues to meet team goals and negotiate payment plans with customers to resolve outstanding debts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions with empathy, professionalism, and patience to find effective solutions.
  • Manage emotional and high-pressure situations with quick thinking and adaptability.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Work a minimum of 4 shifts per week.
  • Be available for at least 30 hours per week - preference for those who can work more hours.
  • Must be able to finish at 5 pm Monday-Friday.
  • Commit to at least 18 months in this role - or longer.
