Job Opportunity: Debt Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Debt Recovery Specialist. This position is responsible for managing relationships with clients and partners, allocating payments, and resolving unallocated EFT receipts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and partners to support debt collection efforts
  • Assist in the allocation of payments and resolve any discrepancies related to unallocated EFT receipts
  • Oversee the entire debt recovery process, from initial contact to resolution
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to management on debt collection progress, identifying areas of improvement and potential disputes
  • Offer support and assistance within the finance department as needed

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a similar role, strong organizational skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and intermediate Excel skills. A high level of attention to detail and ability to work independently are also essential.
