They will also provide support to internal teams by recommending process or technology improvements based on daily interactions with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate sustainable repayment plans and settlement agreements with customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service experience to all customers.
  • Analyse customer concerns, clarify issues, determine causes, recommend solutions, and assist customers in understanding their options.
  • Recommend process or technology improvements to internal teams.
  • Meet and exceed client and company scorecard targets.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a collections or voice-based customer service role.
  • Ability to work remotely and maintain a dedicated workspace conducive to productivity.
  • Strong verbal skills and call control required for interacting with customers primarily through voice channels.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Diligent and results-driven individual with strong communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.

  • Consistently meet and exceed annual individual recovery metrics.
  • Perform expected job duties across all clientele base.
