Job Title: HR Professional

This role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of human resources initiatives and systems to streamline processes, including recruitment, employment, onboarding, offboarding, induction, training, and performance management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of human resources initiatives and systems.
  • Provide guidance on policies and procedures relating to human resources.
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process through to second interviews.
  • Develop programs for employee growth and development.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure compliance.

Requirements:
  • Experience in an HR position.
  • Knowledge of human resources functions (employment, recruitment, training, etc.).
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; further education will be beneficial.
