Job Description

You'll be working with participants in the Workforce Australia program to help them overcome barriers to employment and transition into the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers effectively
  • Engage actively with 'work ready' job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes, including reverse marketing to employers
  • Identify and address barriers preventing jobseekers from being job ready
  • Provide participants with the tools and confidence they need to enter the workforce

We're looking for someone who is a confident and trustworthy self-starter who thrives on achieving meaningful results and solving problems. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to adapt to challenging situations and an ever-changing environment.
