Return to Work Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Return to Work Specialist. As a leading player in the Allied Health domain, our client is dedicated to enhancing the health, safety, and productivity of individuals.

The successful candidate will work closely with diverse groups to generate and implement rehabilitation plans that cater to the specific needs of each individual. This role requires the ability to embrace differing perspectives and create empathetic strategies for clients.

  • Developing and implementing rehabilitation plans in collaboration with various stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in Psychology (provisional or registered) and Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Membership with the Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC)
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • A current driver's license and comprehensive vehicle insurance
