Production Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Leader to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of your Department.

You will oversee the Department's schedule, working collaboratively with the Head of Department and Department Manager to provide a clear view of current work moving through the Department. You will also work closely with them to ensure the Department is adequately resourced for current and future projects.

In your Department, you will manage daily tasks assigned to Production Coordinators and Production Assistants, ensuring allocated work progresses effectively and deadlines are met. Building strong relationships with upstream and downstream departments is vital, as well as instilling this into your Department.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in VFX feature film production
  • Strong understanding of VFX production pipeline
  • Excellent scheduling and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively
  • Proficient in Excel and MS Project or similar software
