We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our VFX team in a key leadership role.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about visual effects, has excellent technical skills and strong leadership abilities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-end feature film production and a comprehensive knowledge of the entire VFX pipeline, including tools and workflows.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior staff to develop long-term strategies, managing priorities, guiding and supporting tool development, maintaining existing tools and setups, enforcing standardization in workflow and development best practices, creating clear documentation, conducting crew training sessions and representing the needs of the VFX team in cross-department planning conversations.

In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent working knowledge of Maya and experience in developing tools for DCC packages in Maya, as well as high level proficiency in all technical areas of VFX Layout, including shot publishing, viewables, review, QC and presentation process.

Other requirements include a minimum of 5+ years of experience in high-end feature film VFX production, comprehensive knowledge and experience of full VFX pipelines, knowledge of layout outputs, excellent problem-solving skills and a positive can-do attitude.

  • Experience with Unreal or other game engines
