We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Graduate Territory Manager to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to kick start their career in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

As a Territory Manager you will be responsible for developing a range of diverse customers through your ability to build and maintain strong relationships and to influence key partners.

You will manage your own territory autonomously day to day, supported by an experienced management team and maintaining close contact with your peer network.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their insights and experience into the competitive FMCG industry by:

  • Using category insights to increase share of space in-store and optimise ranging of our products on the supermarket shelf
  • Selling permanent and temporary displays into all customers
  • Ensuring efficient coverage of your entire store network

All the tools required to succeed will be provided, including an iPad and fully maintained company car.

You will be part of a comprehensive induction and training program.

Much like many of our Customer Development/Sales team members who began their careers as Graduate Territory Managers, we are proud to say that many have gone on to become Colgate-Palmolive executive leaders across various functions.
