About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Assistant to join our team at Glue Store in Sydney CBD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Provide memorable and unrivaled customer experiences by offering personalized service, resolving queries, and processing sales.
  • Sales Support: Assist customers with product information, process returns, gift vouchers, and maintain a high level of knowledge about our products.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Department Managers, share product knowledge, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, maintaining store appearance, and adhering to company standards.
