We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated professional to join our team as an administrative support officer.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming telephone enquiries and forward messages as required.
- Coordinate bookings and rescheduling for services.
- Allocate new referrals to clinicians based on experience, location and skill set.
- Organise interpreter / AUSLAN services as needed.
- Ensure site presentation is maintained, cleanliness is upheld and events are prepared effectively.
- Conduct site audits as required.
- Respond to voicemail requests and take appropriate action.
- Review and forward faxes as necessary.
- Update electronic records for existing clients.
- Assist with reporting tasks as required.
- Administration experience desirable but not essential.
- Previous knowledge of the health sector or disability industry desired but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new information.
- Skills in task prioritisation and multitasking.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to monitor workload and manage time effectively.
