Job Title: Administration Field Service Professional

 

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Administration Field Service Representative. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to our field service team, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service requests, work project updates, and panel schedules.
  • Coordinate with customers, manufacturers, and sales teams to ensure efficient communication and resolution of issues.
  • Manage inventory levels of field service parts, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing stockouts.
  • Support field service technicians by creating expense reports, maintaining email organization, and facilitating RMA processing.

 

**Requirements:**

  • 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in construction or a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), as well as internet research and BlueBeam software.
  • Travel to factories for product training and other business-related activities may be required.
