Job Opportunity: Field Service Administrator

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage service sites, build strong relationships with key stakeholders and oversee various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of service requests and work project updates on SESCOshare.
  • Create detailed expense reports for Field Service Techs by project.
  • Manage inventory levels for field service parts to ensure efficient operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support inquiries.
  • Stay current with represented products and maintain up-to-date knowledge.
  • Distribute final project documents as needed to relevant parties.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a construction-related field or related industry.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet research tools.
  • BlueBeam experience is a valuable asset but not mandatory.
