Student CRM Transformation Lead Role

The role involves driving change within a student CRM (Salesforce) platform implementation program, aiming to deliver a unified and secure student experience.

This position plays a key part in Macquarie University's digital transformation, reporting directly to the Program Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating the delivery of the change strategy to implement a new student CRM platform, enhancing our ability to engage with students effectively.

  • Develop a comprehensive change management plan to ensure seamless transition to the new student CRM platform.
  • Apply strategic thinking to drive effective models for change initiatives across the portfolio, addressing both organisational and people change skills.
  • Lead high-quality change and communications strategies, engaging diverse stakeholders and influencing decisions to ensure timely delivery of the program.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify complex information, facilitating communication of intricate concepts to various stakeholders.
