About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to drive strategic change outcomes in our student CRM (Salesforce) platform implementation program.
The Student 360 Program aims to deliver a unified, student-centric view through the use of a consolidated and secure student CRM platform. This will enable us to:
- Enhance student engagement and service delivery through a 360-degree view of each student.
- Transform business processes to provide improved services and support service delivery.
- Enable context-specific services and personalization to support students throughout their journey.

- Gain insights and analytics across the student journey to inform improvements.
