The Program Change Lead role is an excellent opportunity to drive impactful change within a student CRM platform implementation program.

About the Role

This key program is part of Macquarie University's digital transformation journey, focusing on delivering a unified, 360-degree view of each student. The successful candidate will report directly to the Program Manager and develop and coordinate delivery of the change strategy to implement a new, consolidated, and secure student CRM platform.

By leveraging contemporary change management frameworks, the Change Lead will be an essential part of the strategic delivery team, influencing decisions, managing diverse stakeholders, and leading the development and execution of high-quality change and communications strategies.
