
Urgent Order Coordinator

This role involves managing a high volume of urgent orders and ensuring timely processing and delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing documents, making calls to healthcare providers, verifying patient information, and confirming insurance coverage.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing and prioritizing orders based on urgency and availability of resources
- Communicating with healthcare providers, patients, and families to obtain necessary documentation and clarify information
- Verifying patient demographic information and insurance coverage
- Reviewing benefits and making recommendations to patients and/or their families
- Collecting payment information when applicable
- Providing excellent customer service and communication skills over the phone
Requirements include:
- 1 year of progressively responsible customer service experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Pleasant personality with excellent phone and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks
This is an entry-level, full-time position that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Successful candidates will work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to meet personal and team targets.
