Logistics Coordinator

As a key member of our team, the Logistics Coordinator role involves coordinating and dispatching orders with precision and efficiency. This role is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of parts to customers across the country.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. The Logistics Coordinator must be able to effectively communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:- Track orders from other stores and set up/distribute runs to drivers using the dispatch program.
- Support the Lead Dispatcher in ensuring that drivers collect money and that delivery times are noted on bills.
- Work with Parts Pullers to help deliveries go out correctly.
- Verify routes with drivers and provide assistance as needed.
- Update customers over the phone on the status of their orders.
- Assist drivers who have difficulty with routes or any other aspect of the job.
- Maintain and promote workplace safety.
