We are seeking a Workplace Relations Consultant Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional workplace relations services.
- The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of consulting services, providing advice and representation to clients on a fee-for-service basis.
- They will be responsible for ensuring ongoing education and up-to-date knowledge of industrial relations legislation and case law changes.
About You
- You will have proven experience in managing teams, budgets, and performance targets.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment-related legislation, industrial instruments, and Modern Awards is essential.
- You will have significant experience in the delivery of consulting services on a fee-paying basis.
- Strong knowledge and experience interpreting industrial instruments (enterprise agreements and awards), HR policies and procedures, Employment Contracts, Disciplinary and Termination, Unfair Dismissals and General Protection Claims, Long-term illness/absences, Workplace Investigations, Payroll Audits is required.
- Demonstrated experience in representation in the Fair Work Commission and South Australian Employment Tribunal is highly desirable.
- You will have demonstrated ability to provide practical advice and tailored solutions to team members and clients on a range of employment matters.
- Experience leading a team is essential.
