Job Title: Cost Management Expert

Role Overview:

The role of Cost Manager is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for managing and controlling costs throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.

You will develop and maintain cost plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.

Additionally, you will provide commercial input to design optioneering and value engineering exercises.

Delivering quality work and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders are essential skills for this role.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with the project team is also crucial.

With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will present cost reports and estimates to stakeholders and provide guidance to junior team members.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain cost plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.

Requirements:
  • Highly proficient in Pre-Contract & Post Contract Quantity Surveying.
