Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Cost Estimator to join our team in Western Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid background in cost estimation, project management, and financial planning.

The successful candidate will have the ability to accurately forecast project costs, manage risk, and ensure financial targets are met.

The role involves developing detailed cost estimates, managing budgets, and collaborating closely with the project team to ensure smooth delivery from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop accurate and comprehensive cost estimates aligned with the project's scope and budget.
  • Manage and control project costs, ensuring they stay within budget and meet financial targets.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential cost risks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in cost estimation, project management, and financial planning.
  • Strong proficiency in IT tools, especially the MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
