About this role:

Delivering Compassionate Care to Young People
  • This position involves providing comprehensive care coordination, ensuring that each young person feels heard, supported, and connected to the right services at the right time.

You will build authentic relationships with young people, meeting them at their level with creativity, energy, and empathy. You will work collaboratively with parents, carers, and key community stakeholders to provide holistic support, strengthening family systems and ensuring young people are surrounded by care that is consistent, community-driven, and culturally respectful.

  • You will have a minimum Tertiary Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work, with three years postgraduate experience in mental health.
  • You will have demonstrated knowledge of working within a crisis intervention model of care and have experience working within a Child and Adolescent Mental Health service or Mental Health Service.

The successful applicant will be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, laughter, and camaraderie just as much as clinical excellence. They will be expected to partner with key stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve positive outcomes for young people and their families.
