About Our Family Clinician Role
This therapeutic position is part of our multidisciplinary team, working directly with families to help them stay safely together. We focus on building trusting relationships and supporting parents to strengthen their parenting skills.
The role involves delivering support in the family home, primarily based on the Central Coast. You will work closely with a team using trauma-informed and culturally safe approaches to promote healing, stability, and long-term wellbeing.
We Prioritise Child Safety while also recognising the importance of supporting the whole family unit. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about early intervention and committed to breaking cycles of violence, abuse, and neglect through compassionate care.
