
Transformational Change Leader

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team.
The ideal candidate will possess 6+ years of progressive M&A experience, with expertise in corporate strategy, business transformation, and integration. Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities are essential. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent storytelling skills, both verbal and written, and be able to translate complex HR concepts into accessible narratives.
Key Responsibilities:- Support throughout the M&A lifecycle, including HR due diligence, organizational design, workforce integration, cultural alignment, and change management efforts.
- Project manage various elements of the integration phase, including onboarding.
- Work closely with leadership to provide insights and recommendations on talent and organizational design.
- Collaborate on change management efforts related to M&A and organizational transformation.
- Create and implement talent retention, leadership transition, and communication strategies for acquired companies.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and develop high-potential talent, succession planning, and leadership readiness.
- Drive initiatives to build a high-performance culture, ensuring employee engagement and alignment with corporate strategy.
- 6+ years of progressive M&A experience.
- Experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, and M&A, including HR due diligence and pre and post-merger integration.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- Strong project management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities at once.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR transformations and strategies, initiatives, and programs that support organizational goals and objectives.
