Key Role in Electoral Compliance

This role plays a vital part in ensuring the electoral process is compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

As a key member of our team, you will undertake compliance reviews, work on complex investigations, and deliver critical election tasks.

  • Carry out compliance reviews in line with reporting from the team and manager to ensure seamless execution of electoral processes.
  • Collaborate with senior compliance officers on intricate investigations related to funding and disclosure laws at state and local elections.
  • Contribute to project teams to deliver election-critical tasks that drive results.
  • Develop and implement an annual compliance program for political participants, including issuing infringement notices and warning letters when appropriate.
  • Provide expert guidance on government legislation and policies to guarantee compliance across all levels in electoral matters.

You will communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including political parties, elected members, and third parties, to ensure compliance around funding and disclosure laws.
