Job Title: Compliance Specialist
Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to lead our vendor compliance and governance processes.
This is a hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to work from our corporate offices in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane at least 3 days a week.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement compliance policies aligning with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to ensure vendor obligations are met.
- Monitor vendor compliance status and identify areas requiring review and action.
- Collaborate with Legal, Strategic Client Management and Sourcing teams to ensure compliance continuity.
- Tertiary education in Economics, Business, Commerce or related fields.
- 7+ years' experience in Procurement with a focus on compliance and governance.
- Prior experience in facilities management or indirect category management would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Able to travel for meetings at client offices, both domestically and regionally as required.
