Electoral Integrity Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and resilient individual to join our team as an Electoral Integrity Specialist.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about maintaining electoral integrity through active electoral roll management, efficient delivery of polling services, and targeted education and public awareness programs.

The successful candidate will work closely with our State Office, National Office, and other states and territories to ensure the proper conduct of electoral events and uphold the Electoral Integrity Framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of electoral information
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve electoral integrity
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver electoral events and projects
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Contribute to organisational outcomes by working collaboratively with peers and staff

Requirements
