The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Compensation Manager to lead a small team of professionals in delivering employee compensation and benefits advice and support to senior stakeholders and leaders across our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and high-level service delivery across employee and compensation benefits, including information relating to allowances, timesheets, superannuation changes, and cost centre allocation changes.
- Build strong partnerships with the wider HR Team to ensure the delivery of high-level and accurate services.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Enterprise Agreements, Modern Awards, and relevant employment legislation and regulations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in leading and managing the delivery of Compensation and Benefits or Payroll functions. You will have a solid working knowledge of a diverse range of Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements. You will have exceptional organisational and operational skills with a high degree of initiative and outcome orientation. You will have a qualification in business, human resources, or a related discipline.
