About the Role

QIC is seeking a talented Compensation and Benefits Analyst to drive market research, benchmarking, and analysis, ensuring our compensation and benefits programs are competitive and compliant with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research on compensation and benefits trends in the financial services sector, both locally and internationally.
  • Benchmark QIC's compensation and benefits programs against industry standards, using various data sources and methodologies.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of diverse compensation and benefits programs, including remuneration structures, incentive plans, equity plans, retirement plans, health and wellness benefits, and more.
  • Maintain up-to-date benchmarking survey data and position matches in the MyQ system, ensuring timely and accurate survey submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international compensation and benefits regulations, including tax, social security, labour laws, and data privacy.
  • Prepare and manage accurate compensation and benefits data, reports, and documentation for internal and external use.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to gather and validate compensation and benefits data, services, and solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and competitiveness of our compensation and benefits programs and suggest improvements and enhancements.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for compensation/benefits systems, including MyQ.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the compensation and benefits field, recommending best practices and innovative solutions.
