We are seeking a skilled and proactive Workers Compensation Claims Manager to join our team at Recruitment Edge. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing our workers' compensation claims and injury management processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of workers compensation claims in accordance with SIRA requirements, including self-insurance licence requirements, legislative framework, and claims management technical guides.
- Make decisions on claim management within delegated limits.
- Prepare and maintain workers compensation documents.
- Develop, maintain, and implement Injury Management Plans.
- Ensure effective injury management and high standard of customer service for all workers compensation claimants.
- Maintain workers compensation records, including file notes of conversations and calculations.
- Evaluate and pay workers compensation invoices.
- Prepare, interpret, and report on workers compensation statistical information.
- Provide timely and accurate workers compensation and injury management advice and guidance to managers and staff.
- Complete administration duties as necessary.
- Allied health background.
- RTW Coordinator accreditation and/or experience.
- Previous experience using SolvInjury.
- Qualifications in workers compensation claims management and/or injury management functions.
