Job Title: Workers Compensation Claims Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Workers Compensation Claims Manager to join our team at Recruitment Edge. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of workers compensation claims in accordance with SIRA requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of workers compensation claims, including self-insurance licence requirements and legislative framework.
- Prepare and maintain workers compensation documents, including injury management plans.
- Develop and implement effective injury management strategies to ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Ensure all workers compensation claimants are communicated with on a regular and systematic basis.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and calculations in relation to claims.
- Ensure the evaluation and payment of workers compensation invoices.
- Prepare and report on workers compensation statistical information.
- Provide timely and accurate advice and guidance on workers compensation and injury management.
Requirements:
- Allied health background.
- RTW Coordinator accreditation and/or experience.
- Previous experience using SolvInjury.
- Qualifications in workers compensation claims management and/or injury management functions.
