Workers Compensation Claims Manager

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Workers Compensation Claims Manager to join our team at Recruitment Edge. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing our workers' compensation claims and injury management processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of workers compensation claims in accordance with SIRA requirements, including self-insurance licence requirements, legislative framework, and claims management technical guides.
- Make decisions on claim management within delegated limits.
- Prepare and maintain workers compensation documents.
- Develop, maintain, and implement injury management plans.
- Ensure effective communication with claimants on a regular and systematic basis to ensure high standards of customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, calculations, and file notes related to claims.
- Evaluate and pay workers compensation invoices in a timely manner.
- Prepare, interpret, and report on workers compensation statistical information.
- Provide timely and accurate advice and guidance on workers compensation and injury management to managers and staff.
- Complete administrative duties as necessary to the function.
- Allied health background.
- RTW Coordinator accreditation and/or experience.
- Previous experience using SolvInjury.
- Qualifications in workers compensation claims management and/or injury management functions.
