As a key member of our EHS & Rail Safety Division, the Workers Compensation & Injury Management Lead will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to prevent workplace injuries and manage workers compensation claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and update workers compensation and injury management processes to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Return to Work Coordinators, Industrial Relations Manager, Legal Department, and Alstom's third-party Workers Compensation partners to develop and implement early intervention strategies and best injury management practices.
  • Develop and implement a reporting dashboard and analytics to track process improvement and identify areas for optimization.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in workers compensation and injury management, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and industry best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
