Job Title: Knowledge Manager

We are seeking a skilled Knowledge Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust knowledge management frameworks that directly impact customer satisfaction and operational excellence across diverse industries.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will take full ownership of the knowledge management process, reducing customer overhead while ensuring effective governance and accuracy of information.
  • They will work closely with customers and internal teams to maintain confidence in the knowledge management process through transparent communication and regular performance reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive knowledge management processes that meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience working with ServiceNow.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of three years' experience working end-to-end within service management environments.
  • At least one year's hands-on experience designing or rolling out knowledge management strategies tailored for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
