Key Position: Executive Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. As the right-hand person, you will be responsible for managing complex executive calendars, coordinating meetings, handling approvals, and overseeing special projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage senior leader's calendar, prioritizing meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, including agendas, logistics, and follow-up actions
  • Act as a communication proxy, handling approvals and ensuring timely resolution of requests
  • Organize travel itineraries and manage expense submissions with accuracy
  • Support special projects through research, data analysis, and report preparation
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years' experience in an administrative role, with at least 2 years supporting VP/Director-level executives
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and rapport-building abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Mac/Windows)
  • Experience in high-tech or professional services industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
  • Proven ability to solve problems, make decisions, and champion improvements
