Automotive Warranty Coordinator

This role involves ensuring warranty paperwork is processed accurately and in a timely manner. It also requires reviewing and processing warranty claims, arranging for parts to be shipped, and facilitating all warranty-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Process all warranty paperwork for various brands
- E nsure proper documentation and verify criteria is provided to the manufacturer or distributor
- Review and process returned/rejected/adjusted warranty claims until their final resolution
- Reconcile all warranty receivables and work with the accounting department to obtain payments
- Arrange for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor and resubmit rejected claims promptly
- Ensure technician stories are accurate and completed according to manufacturer and dealership warranty policies and guidelines
- Accurately complete clocking times and parts tagging
- Previous experience working as a Warranty Clerk in the Automotive Industry (preferred)
- Full work rights in Australia
- Mechanical knowledge (advantageous)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
- Excellent attention to detail and following processes
- Ability to provide great customer service
- Effective conflict resolution skills to facilitate positive outcomes in a timely manner
- Ability to work within a team environment with a can-do attitude
